技术要求:
1. Definition of Bidder: Responsible for quoting the complete reactor and owning single point overall responsibility for execution & completion of total job.
2. During the last ten (10) years:
a) Bidder must have designed, shop fabricated, assembled, hydro-tested in single piece at shop and supplied at least one reactor as per ASME Sec. VIII Div. 2 of not less than 1.0 meter diameter and 40 MT fabricated weight with material of construction as 2 ¼ Cr – 1 Mo – ¼ V + SS 347 Clad / Weld Overlay of thickness not less than 32 mm of equipment base metal thickness. The above criteria of diameter, thickness, fabricated weight and material shall be complied with by Bidder in same equipment only.
b) Bidder’s fabrication shop shall have valid U2 code stamp as per ASME Sec. VIII Div. 2.
3. In case bidder on his own does not meet the criteria specified above, he can still be qualified provided:
i) Bidder must have designed, shop fabricated, assembled, hydro-tested in single piece at shop and supplied at least one reactor / column / vessels as per ASME Sec. VIII Div. 2 of not less than 1.0 meter diameter and 40 MT fabricated weight with material of construction as 2 ¼ Cr – 1 Mo + SS 347 Clad / Weld Overlay of thickness not less than 32 mm of equipment base metal thickness.
ii) The bidder engages a back up consultant who meets the requirements above.
iii) The design documents, fabrication drawings and Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) & Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) prepared by the bidder are approved / vetted by the back-up consultant.
iv) The bidder furnishes along with his bid the MOU / Letter of Agreement / Letter of Consent with the proposed back-up consultant confirming the scope of work as defined under clause (ii) & (iii) above.
