绿洲石油公司“钻机租赁”招标资格预审

招标方：绿洲石油公司
招标内容：提供钻机服务，租赁一套2000HP的钻机，合同期2年，一年变更延长期

Tender Information: to seek a supplier to provide drilling rig service
1.Provide one set of 2000HP electric land drilling rigno more than 9 years old equipped with 450MT TDS, 5 1/2” drill pipe, 4 sets of 1400HP 3512 Caterpillar diesel engine, 3 sets of 1600HP mud pump, and 10000psi complete BOP system.

2.Provide qualified crew and personnel with good experience in the international market especially in the Middle East and Iraq.

3.Provide two fixed years and one optional year service to drill about 6 horizontal wells in each year;

4.The supplier shall build their base camp and provide catering service for all personnel on Company’s drilling site; All relevant cost will be charged by themselves.

5.The supplier shall be responsible for their own mobilization and demobilization and the relative cost between the origin of the rig and Al-Waha Ahdeb oilfield.

6.The supplier shall provide armored vehicle at their own cost to transport their expats between their base camp and Company’s drilling site.

7.Spud the first well in February of 2017.

1.General introduction of the participants (including Manufacturer if applicable )
Company Profile (including relevant information on size of business, company introduction, technological capacity, scope of business and quality assurance capability etc.) and Qualification certificate —required
Note:Agent is not acceptable in this campaign.

2.Professional qualification documents of the participants(including manufacturer if applicable )
Supporting documents on domestic or international authenticated professional qualifications –required

3.Audit reports and financial statements audited by a third party professional audit agency in recent three years and Bank credit certificates — required.

4.Numbers of this type of the rig to be supplied are currently been run by Participants.

5.The statistic of drilling activities in the last 5 years detailed with year, country, operator, oil field, well depth, well type, etc.

6.HSE performance in recent years.

7.Participants’ organization chart of management in the Middle East or Iraq area.

8.Information about the operation base in Iraq area if available.

9.Repairing and maintenance workshop and facilities for Participants’ major equipment.

10.The winner of the tender should pay all announcing fee

11.Other materials should be supplemented if needed
