项目名称：Provision of Pipe Maintenance by Interpenetrating HDPE Lining Tube Project
招标内容：
Contractor shall furnish a team in Iraq with necessary manpower for the pipe repair. Contractor is also required to keep a suitable volume of stock in Iraq of the equipment, material and consumable which are necessary for the repair.
A typical repair done by Contractor mainly includes the steps listed below:
(1) Survey and investigation;
(2) Doing hydrotest to design pressure before interpenetrating HDPE pipe (refer to underground old pipeline).
(3) excavating an operation pit;
(4) dividing the old pipeline into sections;
(5) cleaning the old pipelines;
(6) connecting the HDPE pipe; Only flange connection of American United Pipeline Systems Inc. are acceptable.
(7) deforming and binding the HDPE pipe;
(8) interpenetrating the O-shape HDPE pipe;
(9) restoring the shape of the HDPE pipe and forming the pipeline with the composite structure of the HDPE pipe and the old pipeline;
(10) Doing hydrotest after completing interpenetrating HDPE pipe; For new pipelines interpenetrating HDPE pipe, hydrotest should be done according to design specifications.

资质预审：
1. General introduction of the participants(Including Subcontractor)
2. Professional qualification documents of the participants (Including Subcontractor)
3. Project Capability and Historical performance home and abroad in recent 5 years(Including Subcontractor)
4. Quality assurance/control and HSE Program(Including Subcontractor)
5. Audit reports and financial statements audited by a third party professional audit agency in recent three years andBank credit certificates (Including Subcontractor)
6. All documents submitted shall be in English.
7. The vender shall guarantee that all the documents provided for prequalification shall be legally effective and the vender shall take full responsibilities due to any wrongly provided documents.
