曹海斌 摘译自 Neftegaz.RU 原文如下: Georgia and Gazprom agree on new terms for gas transit to Armenia Tbilisi, Neftegaz.RU. Georgia’s negotiations with Gazprom on reaching a new agreement on the conditions for the transit of Russian gas to Armenia will be completed in the next 2 weeks. The previous contract for the transit of Russian gas to Armenia through Georgia expired on December 31, 2018. Currently, Georgia and Gazprom are discussing the terms of a new agreement on the transit of Russian gas to Armenia. To complete the negotiations the parties expect in the next 2 weeks. While negotiations are underway, the conditions of the previous contract remain in force. Until January 2017, Georgia received for the transit of gas from Russia to Armenia 10% of the total volume of transported gas. Since 2017, the situation has changed. Under the new agreement, in 2017 Gazprom paid Georgia for the transit of gas to Armenia under a mixed scheme – partly in cash and partly in gas, and in 2018 – only in financial means. In 2017, about 2 billion m 3 of gas was transported to Armenia through Georgia, and for 9 months of 2018 – about 1.4 billion m 3.The contract between Russia and Armenia involves the supply of gas to 2.5 billion m 3 / year of gas. Georgia itself in the past 10 years, almost 100% provided the need for gas through supplies from Azerbaijan. In 2017, Russian gas supplies to Georgia amounted to 135 million m3, they were due to problems at the Shah Deniz field in Azerbaijan in early February 2017. In 2018, Georgia’s energy balance did not include gas supplies from Russia. For 2019, Georgia also did not plan to supply Russian gas, fully counting on imports from Azerbaijan. At the same time, it is expected that gas consumption in Georgia in 2019 will increase by 5.8% compared to 2018, to 2.56 billion m 3.
