中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯1月2日消息。Sempra能源公司周三表示,其子公司同意以3.32亿美元现金向ArcLight资本合伙公司的一家附属公司出售非公用事业的美国天然气储存设施,但具体的价格需视营运资本调整而定。
这些设施将成为ArcLight去年收购的Enstor天然气存储平台的一部分。
Sempra表示,资产包括密西西比州辛普森县的密西西比州中心存储设施,该设施拥有223亿立方英尺的天然气存储能力,和阿拉巴马西南部的海湾天然气储存设施,该设施由五个地下洞室,存储能力达到204亿立方英尺。
Sempra子公司目前拥有海湾天然气储存设施91%的股份。子公司将从少数股东手中购买剩余权益,并将其纳入此次出售中。

原文如下: Sempra Energy Subsidiary to Sell Non-Utility U.S. Natural Gas Storage Assets Sempra Energy (SRE) on Wednesday said a subsidiary agreed to sell non-utility U.S. natural gas storage facilities to an affiliate of ArcLight Capital Partners LLC for $332 million in cash, subject to adjustments for working capital. The facilities will become part of the ArcLight’s Enstor natural gas storage platform, which it acquired last year. Sempra said assets included in the sale include Mississippi Hub storage facility in Simpson County, Miss., which has a working capacity of 22.3 billion cubic feet of natural gas, and the Bay Gas storage facility in Southwest Alabama, which comprises five underground caverns with a working capacity of 20.4 Bcf of natural gas. The Sempra subsidiary currently owns about 91% of Bay Gas storage facility, the company said. The subsidiary will purchase the remaining interest from a minority owner and include it in the sale. The deal is expected to be completed in the first quarter of this year. ArcLight is a private equity firm focused on energy infrastructure investments.
