陈菲 摘译自 普氏能源资讯 原文如下: Norwegian saleable natural gas production misses forecasts for third straight month Norwegian saleable natural gas production came in below forecasts for the third successive month in November with the Norwegian Continental Shelf again hit by unplanned outages, data released Wednesday from the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate showed. Saleable gas production — which includes gas for LNG export — stood at a preliminary 10.23 Bcm for November, some 6% shy of forecasts of 10.937 Bcm. This marks the third month in a row that NCS saleable gas production missed expectations and the sixth month in 2018, after production came in higher than forecast for each month of last year. Indeed, saleable gas production for the January-November period stood at a preliminary 110.94 Bcm, which is down by more than 2 Bcm on an annual basis and lower than the 113.209 Bcm originally forecast. December’s saleable gas production was set to stand at 11.235 Bcm which, if realized, would be the highest since January 2017, boosted primarily by the start-up of the Aasta Hansteen field earlier in the week. Indeed, no planned maintenance is scheduled for the final month of 2018, with flows expected to be at maximum levels until the January 17 gas day when Asgard works kick in.
