Offers are due by October 26 and the deal is expected to be awarded by October 31, one of the sources said. The company is seeking the cargoes ahead of the start-up of its LNG terminal in the west of the country. The terminal at the port of Jaigarh, with a capacity of 4 million metric tonnes a year, is expected to start operation in the first quarter of next year after an initial delay.
