石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据路透社布宜诺斯艾利斯5月29日消息，据官方公报发布的一项法令，从7月1日起阿根廷政府计划将生物柴油的出口关税从8%提高到15%。
阿根廷是世界上最大的生物柴油燃料供应国之一，2017年出口165万吨，但近年来其生物柴油出口受到报复性关税的打击。
美国国际贸易委员会已将对来自于阿根廷和印尼的进口生物柴油在已经征收了高额的反补贴关税的基础上征收高达60.44%至276.65%的反倾销关税。
阿根廷植物油行业商会和谷物出口商会(CIARA-CEC)本月初告诉路透社，该商会还预计欧盟将在今年9月或10月通过征收新关税的方式停止进口生物柴油。因此该商会预计今年阿根廷的生物柴油出口量将降至约70万吨的水平。

Argentina is one of the world’s top providers of biodiesel fuel, exporting 1.65 million tonnes in 2017, but it has been hit by retaliatory tariffs in recent years. The U.S. International Trade Commision has added anti-dumping duties of 60.44 percent to 276.65 percent to already steep anti-subsidy duties on imported biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia. The CIARA-CEC exporters’ chamber told Reuters earlier this month it also expected the European Union to stop importing biodiesel by imposing new tariffs in September or October. The Chamber sees exports falling to around 700,000 tonnes this year.
