U.S. crude futures fell 33 cents, or 0.5%, to $65.55 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent, the global benchmark, fell 33 cents, or 0.47%, to $70.12 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe. Oil prices paused after posting strong gains last week. Brent on Friday closed above $70 a barrel for the first time since late January, while both crude benchmarks experienced their biggest weekly gains since July.
