石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据普氏能源资讯网休斯敦1月5日消息，企业产品合伙公司（EPP）周五表示，公司已经将位于得克萨斯州Mont Belvieu的新建75万吨/年丙烷脱氢（PDH）装置的开工时间表推迟至少两周时间。
据EPP提交给得州环境质量委员会的文件显示，新的开工时间表为1月4日至2月3日。
EPP表示，文件中提及的参考开工时间表是最好的估计。
EPP在另外一份提交给得州环境质量委员会的文件中表示，去年12月底EPP表示，公司计划在12月24日至1月23日开始开启新建PDH装置，去年11月底公司表示预计在12月30日前开启该装置。
该PDH装置已经多次推迟投产时间，最初预计在2016年底前投产，但是由于生产问题和飓风哈维，该PDH装置已经多次推迟开工时间。

The new timeframe is January 4 through February 3, Enterprise said in a regulatory filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. The referenced startup timeframe in the filing is a “best estimate,” the company said. Enterprise in late December said it planned to begin startup operations for the new PDH unit between December 24 and January 23, and in late November the company said it expected to startup by December 30, the company said in separate filings with TCEQ. The PDH unit — which has seen many delays — was initially expected to be operational by the end of 2016, but due to production issues and Hurricane Harvey, the PDH has seen frequent delays in startup.
