石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据普氏能源资讯网新加坡1月3日消息，据标准普尔全球普氏能源资讯的月度调查显示，去年12月份中国东部山东省的地方炼油厂的原油进口量环比增加约8%达到749万吨，或177万桶/天。
据炼油厂知情人士称，12月份进口量的增加主要是因为包括东明石化在内的一些地方炼油厂在年底截止期限前试图用完原油进口配额。

The rise in December imports was mainly on the back of a few refineries trying to use up their crude import quotas by the year-end deadline, including Dongming Petrochemical, according to refinery sources. Dongming in December received crude imports totaling 1.51 million mt, overtaking ChemChina as the biggest buyer among the independent refineries during the month. The imports had spiked 81.3% month on month.
