石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯12月18日消息，俄罗斯国家石油公司Rosneft Oil周六表示，公司已经与委内瑞拉国家石油公司PDVSA签署一份协议，将开发委内瑞拉的两个海洋天然气田。 该协议是在12月16日签署的。根据协议，俄油获得了这两个天然气田长达30年的开发许可证。 俄油将成为这两个海洋天然气田的作业者，同时还有权出口这两个天然气田生产的所有天然气。俄油表示公司的目标产量达到65亿立方米/年，而且稳产15年。 张春晓 摘译自 道琼斯 原文如下： Rosneft Signs Off-Shore License Agreement With Venezuela State Oil Company Rosneft Oil Co. (ROSN.MZ) said Saturday that it has signed an agreement with Petroleos de Venezuela SA (PVZ.YY) for the development of two gas fields offshore the South American country. The agreement was signed on Dec. 16. Under the terms of the deal, Rosneft has been granted a license for the development of the fields for a period of 30 years. The Russian gas company will be the operator of the projects, and is entitled to export all the gas that is produced at the sites. Rosneft said that it is aiming to produce 6.5 billion cubic meters of gas per year for 15 years.
