石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据普氏能源资讯9月25日哥本哈根报道，瑞典国际石油公司（IPC）周一在斯德哥尔摩表示，为了实现其成为全球领先企业的总体计划，IPC将斥资5.12亿加元（4.15亿美元）从加拿大Cenovus能源公司收购后者在加拿大的石油和天然气业务。
IPC说，该公司将收购位于加拿大艾伯塔省萨菲尔德地区和奥尔德森地区的常规石油和天然气资产。

Sweden’s IPC to buy Canadian oil and gas assets for $415 million

Sweden’s International Petroleum Corp said Monday it was to pay C$512 million ($415 million) for oil and gas operations in Canada from Cenovus Energy, in keeping with its overall plan to become a global player.
IPC said it was to acquire conventional oil and natural gas assets in the Suffield and Alderson areas of southern Alberta.
IPC will acquire 100% operatorship and 98.8% working interest in the oil and natural gas assets which were forecast to produce an average of about 6,900 b/d of oil and around 102 MMcf/d of natural gas during 2017, for a total average of approximately 24,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
