石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯9月22日消息，俄罗斯能源部长诺瓦克周五称，欧佩克成员国及非欧佩克产油国正在讨论一项监控石油出口商的提议，但该提议将不会取代产量配额。
他在维也纳告诉记者：“我们正在讨论石油出口监控问题，但从数据的准确性来看这有难度。”
他还称：“总的来说，我们不反对将此作为一个新增的因素，但主要因素仍是产量。”

DJ Russia Energy Minister Says OPEC, Non-OPEC Producers Discussing Monitoring Exports By Summer Said OPEC members and producers outside the group are discussing a proposal to monitor crude oil exporters but that would not replace output quotas, Russian energy minister Alexander Novak said Friday.
“We are discussing [oil-export monitoring] but there are difficulties from the point of view of data accuracy,” he told reporters in Vienna.
“On the whole we are not against it as an additional factor, the main factor is production,” he added.
