石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据烃加工在线8月16日消息，壳牌公司已经完成向沙特基础工业公司（沙比克）出售SADAF合资公司50%股权的出售交易。该交易的价格为8.2亿美元。SADAF是位于沙特朱拜尔的一家石化合资公司。
此次收购将令沙比克对SADAF进行优化操作和进一步投资，以及与沙比克其它生产设施进行整合。同时该交易将允许壳牌聚焦下游业务，并进行选择性投资，以支持其全球化工业务的增长。
该交易不会影响壳牌在沙特的其它业务。

This sale was announced on Jan. 22. Completion follows anti-trust filings in the relevant countries and regulatory approval from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This acquisition will enable SABIC to optimize operations at SADAF and further invest in the facilities, integrating them with SABIC’s other affiliates. This step will allow Shell to focus its downstream activities and make selective investments to support the growth of its global chemicals business. This deal does not impact Shell’s other interests in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
