NuStar Logistics’ New Burgos Pipeline received a presidential permit Thursday, according to the State Department. The new line will deliver as much as 108,000 barrels per day of refined products, including liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas liquids, from Edinburg, Texas, to the Pemex Burgos Gas plant in Reynoas, Mexico. The new line runs along the same right of way as NuStar’s existing Burgos pipeline.
