石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据俄罗斯卫星新闻社6月20日新德里报道，上周，英国石油公司和印度信诚工业公司签署了一项60亿美元的协议来开发新的气田以及扩大在印度的商业活动，包括通过位于印度全国的加油站网络来销售汽油和柴油。
印度石油部长普拉丹日前说，最近接管印度埃萨石油公司的俄罗斯石油巨头俄罗斯石油公司（俄油）时下正在计划开发印度的零售燃料市场。
普拉丹补充说，俄油和埃萨在上一个财年里在印度市场投资了130亿美元。这是世界石油工业最大的交易之一。俄油很有可能利用埃萨石油公司拥有的2000个零售店进入印度零售燃料市场。

New Delhi (Sputnik) – Last week, BP and India’s Reliance Industries signed a $6 billion agreement to develop new gas fields and expanding business activities in India including selling gasoline and diesel via fuel stations across the country. “Rosneft,the Russian oil major,who recently took over Essar Oil,is planning in a big way to tap retail fuel market in India,”Pradhan said.
Rosneft and Essar invested $13 billion in the Indian market in the last fiscal. “This was one of the biggest deals in the oil industry in the world,” Pradhan added. Rosneft is likely to enter the Indian retail market with 2,000 retail outlets owned by Essar.
The entry of a company like Rosneft will change the purchasing behavior and dynamics of India’s retail sector, according to energy expert Narendra Taneja.
