石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯6月19日消息，乌干达中央银行表示，乌干达石油行业投资的增加或将刺激乌干达经济从去年的低迷中复苏。但是NKC Africa Economics分析师Jacques Nel表示，尽管自去年以来乌干达已经进行了数次的利率下调，但是通胀的压力和农业前景的不确定性令这个非洲第一大咖啡出口国的增长面临风险。乌干达预计法国道达尔、中国中海油和英国图洛石油将投资80亿美元开发该国巨大的油田，计划在2020年投产。

Increased investments in Uganda’s oil industry will likely spur growth and support economic recovery from last year’s slump, according to Uganda’s Central Bank. But Jacques Nel analyst with NKC Africa Economics says inflationary pressure and uncertainty regarding agricultural outlook pose growth risks to Africa’s No.1 coffee exporting nation despite months of back to back interest rate cuts since last year. Uganda expects France’s Total SA, China’s Cnooc Ltd. and U.K.’s Tullow to spend $8 billion to develop its vast oil fields ahead of planned production in 2020.
