China settles down the focus of energy reform in 2016

China’s National Development and Reform Commission released news on Feb. 23 that on the leadership group conference of comprehensively deepening reform held by the National Energy Development, “National Energy Administration system reform points in 2016 ” has been deliberated and approved. Resolving the overcapacity of the coal industry becomes the primary task of China’s energy reform in 2016.
