Global Diesel Market Needs Cold Winter
The global diesel glut still has some way to go before it eases, with the cold winter yet to eat into inventories, says London-based Energy Aspects. In a note, the analysts say European diesel inventories fell by 8.2 million barrels in September, but stocks were still a massive 53 million barrels higher than the five-year average.
